Rules of the "My Day with Power Greens" Contest.

Organizer of the "My Day with Power Greens" contest is organized by Nature's Sunshine Products Poland, located at 7 Olkuska Street in Warsaw.

Participation Conditions

The contest is open to all Instagram users who are 18 years of age or older and reside within the European Union. Contest participants are obligated to follow the terms and conditions of this contest. Employees of Nature's Sunshine Products Poland and their close relatives are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Contest Rules

To participate in the contest, participants must post a photo or short video on their Instagram profile with the product Power Greens, which is available in Nature's Sunshine Products Poland's offer. The contest post must include a description or story related to daily use of Power Greens. Participants must tag the @naturessunshineproductspoland profile in the contest post and become a follower of this profile. The hashtag #PowerGreens is mandatory in the contest post. Contest posts must be set to public to be visible to the organizer. Each participant can submit any number of contest posts. Contest posts must not display the image of individuals under the age of 16.

Prizes

Five authors of the most creative posts will be selected by the Customer Service Department of Nature's Sunshine Products Poland. Each of the five winners will receive one package of Power Greens with a dedicated glass bottle featuring the Nature’s Sunshine logo.

Evaluation and Announcement of Results

The evaluation of contest posts will be conducted by the Customer Service Department of Nature's Sunshine Products Poland, taking into account creativity and relevance to the theme. Contest results will be announced on the @naturessunshineproductspoland Instagram profile within 5 days of the contest's conclusion.

Copyright and Liability

Contest participants are responsible for sharing content for which they have copyright. The contest organizer has the right to use the winning posts for promotional purposes, without additional fees and while respecting the copyright of the authors.

Conclusion of the Contest

The contest will conclude at 11:59:00 PM on Sunday, October 29, 2023.

Final Provisions

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules. The contest rules are available on the website www.e-naturessunshine.com in the news section. The organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the Instagram platform. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is not a co-organizer of the contest. Any disputes will be resolved by the organizer.

Publication of Winners' Images

Contest winners consent to the publication of their images on the website www.e-naturessunshine.com and on the corporate profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/NSPPolska) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/naturessunshineproductspoland/) for promotional purposes related to the contest and products of Nature's Sunshine Products Poland.
