IN 2024, OUR PROMOTION FOCUSES ON TWO KEY POSITIONS IN NATURE'S SUNSHINE'S EMPLOYEE CAREER — LEADER-CONSULTANT AND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

In order to achieve the status of Leader-Consultant, the Partner must shift from focusing on the development of their own client group to helping Leaders develop their client groups. Creating new, working leadership groups is an essential skill in the MLM business.

Therefore, those who are promoted to Leader-Consultant status and confirm their status three months immediately after promotion, maintaining a structure turnover of 5,000 points and one component of at least 2,500 points in each of the three months, will receive a special additional business bonus of EUR 1,200.
