IN 2026, OUR PROMOTION FOCUSES ON TWO KEY POSITIONS IN NATURE'S SUNSHINE'S EMPLOYEE CAREER — LEADER-CONSULTANT AND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

To achieve the Leader-Consultant status, a Partner must shift focus from developing their own customer group to supporting Leaders in growing their own customer groups. Creating new, active leadership groups is a fundamental skill in the MLM industry.

Therefore, individuals who are promoted to Leader-Consultant and confirm the status for three months within the first 6 months after promotion—while maintaining a structure turnover of 5,000 points and one component worth at least 2,500 points in each of those three months—will receive a special additional business bonus of 1,200 EUR.

The status of Assistant Director confirms a professional approach to building an MLM business. Achieving this status quickly requires determination and sacrifice.

Therefore, in order to encourage a fast career path to the Assistant Director status, Nature’s Sunshine offers a special business bonus of EUR 10,000 to those who achieve this status within 24 months of obtaining the Leader status and then confirm the status three times after promotion.
