We are delighted to share the news that many of you have been waiting for – we have launched the possibility of placing orders with delivery to the United Kingdom!

This is another important step in the development of Nature's Sunshine Europe and creates new opportunities for our customers and distributors building their businesses in international markets. As of today, the United Kingdom officially joins the group of countries served by the European sales platform.

Below you will find the most important information regarding the operation of the UK market:

How does the UK market work?

New customers and distributors from the United Kingdom register through the standard registration form by selecting United Kingdom as their country. UK accounts receive an account number with the GB prefix.

Sponsors from Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other European countries may register new partners residing in the United Kingdom.

To place an order with delivery to the United Kingdom, it is necessary to create and log in to a GB account. Orders without registration are not available.

GB accounts may place orders only for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Accounts from other European countries cannot select the United Kingdom from the list of delivery countries.

The United Kingdom operates as a separate logistics market – orders delivered to the UK are not combined with orders shipped to other countries.

Combined orders (multi-cart) for GB account numbers are not available outside the United Kingdom.

Subscriptions are not yet available for UK accounts.

For parcels valued above GBP 135 (approximately EUR 150), additional charges may apply in the form of customs duties and taxes:

• VAT – 20%
• Customs duty – approximately 10%
• Customs clearance fee – a fixed fee charged by the carrier for customs processing (approximately GBP 12)

For parcels valued below GBP 135, no additional charges should be applied.
