We are delighted to share the news that many of you have been waiting for – you can now place orders with delivery to the United Kingdom!

This is another important milestone in the growth of Nature's Sunshine Europe and opens up new opportunities for our customers and distributors building their businesses across international markets. As of today, the United Kingdom officially joins the list of countries served by our European sales platform.

Below you will find the key information about how the UK market operates:

How does the UK market work?

New customers and distributors in the United Kingdom register using the standard registration form by selecting United Kingdom as their country. UK accounts receive an account number with the GB prefix.

Sponsors from Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other European countries can register new partners residing in the United Kingdom.

To place an order for delivery within the United Kingdom, you must create and sign in to a GB account. Guest checkout is not available.

GB accounts can place orders only for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Accounts registered in other European countries cannot select the United Kingdom as the delivery destination.

The United Kingdom operates as a separate logistics market – UK orders are processed independently and cannot be combined with orders delivered to other countries.

Combined orders (multi-cart) are not available for GB account numbers.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to additional charges related to customs clearance, taxes, or carrier handling fees. Any applicable charges are assessed in accordance with current regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Estimated additional charges:

• VAT – 20%
• Customs duty – approximately 10%
• Customs clearance fee – a fixed fee charged by the carrier for customs processing (approximately GBP 15)

The exact amount of any applicable charges depends on the individual shipment and the decisions of the relevant customs authorities and the carrier.

How do I register in the United Kingdom?

To join Nature's Sunshine and access products available in the United Kingdom, you must first select the appropriate region on the website. Follow the instructions below to complete your registration.

For sponsors registering a new customer

1. Sign out of your current account.
2. Change the "Delivery Country" option to United Kingdom.
3. Go to the registration form (do not sign back into your own account) and register a new VIP Customer.

For customers registering on their own

1. Change the "Delivery Country" option to United Kingdom.
2. Go to the registration form and register as a new VIP Customer.

Where can I change the delivery country? You can find the delivery country and language settings at the top of the website (desktop version) or in the slide-out menu (mobile version – tap the three-line menu icon in the lower-left corner of the screen).
